On the Sea. Best Weather. Something Could Be Done. But What?

When questioned by a reporter in the Oval Office on January 20, 2025, about rebuilding the Gaza Strip, Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, responded with curious indifference: 

“I looked at a picture of Gaza. Gaza is like a massive demolition site. That place . . . it’s really got to be rebuilt in a different way . . . You know, Gaza is interesting. It’s a phenomenal location. On the sea. Best weather . . . Everything’s good . . . Some beautiful things could be done with it . . . Some fantastic things could be done with Gaza.”

Maybe with President Trump’s help a real estate visionary could turn it into something special.
